Your First Dental Visit
When you arrive for your first appointment, one of our team members will sit down and have a conversation with you. They’ll ask you about any goals or concerns you have for your smile, as well as review your medical and dental history. Then, they’ll take preliminary X-rays and perform a brief exam of your mouth. At that point, you’ll be escorted to a treatment room to meet with Dr. Barry Miller who will spend some time chatting with you before conducting an exam of his own. Using his findings as well your input, he’ll discuss options for a treatment plan and answer the questions you might have.
New Patient Forms
Instead of having you complete your new patient paperwork on a clipboard in our reception area, we’ve simplified the process by including a link for you to download these forms and fill them out ahead of time. Just bring the finished pages to your visit and we can get you checked in and seen right away!
